Post is one of the college students you support at the House of Love. She is currently in a nursing program where her dream is to make an impact on people’s lives emotionally as well as physically. She is inspired by the kindness of a nurse she met when she took her grandfather to the hospital for cancer treatment many years ago. She hopes to care for people the same way as the nurse cared for her and her grandfather.

I’m currently in my third year of nursing school and preparing to enter my fourth year. My studies are going well, though challenging at times. I’ve learned a lot, especially during clinical practice.
My favorite classes are medical-surgical nursing and mental health nursing. They are both very interesting and help me understand how to take care of patients in real-life situations.
As for my walk with God, I continue to grow in my faith. I spend time in prayer and Bible reading, and I trust in God to guide me through both my studies and my personal life.
